By accessing or using CreatorPower.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Platform to distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, engage in spam, depict or promote harm to minors, distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, or engage in fraud. Adult content creators are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable age verification requirements in their jurisdiction.
The Switching Credit programme offers up to $100 in account credits to eligible creators migrating from qualifying paid competitor platforms. Credits are tiered based on the verified monthly cost of the qualifying competitor subscription at the time of migration: $1–$9/month receives $5/month for 4 months ($20 total); $10–$29/month receives $15/month for 4 months ($60 total); $30–$99/month receives $20/month for 4 months ($80 total); $100/month or above receives $25/month for 4 months ($100 total). Free-tier competitor accounts do not qualify. Credits are applied as platform credits against paid subscription invoices via Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon account termination or downgrade. A valid payment method must be on file. We reserve the right to verify all claims, reverse fraudulently obtained credits, and modify or discontinue this programme at any time without notice.
Jump page advertising revenue is shared with creators as platform credits applied automatically to their next subscription invoice. Credits are not cash and have no cash equivalent except on the Enterprise tier. Share percentages are: Free 40%, Pro 50%, Business 60%, Enterprise 70%. We may modify these percentages with 30 days' notice. Credits roll over to the following month if not immediately applied and do not expire while the account is active.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you retain read-only access for 30 days to download your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. You have the right to appeal any termination decision within 14 days by contacting legal@creatorpower.ai. We have no liability for account termination except as required by applicable law.
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Platform and its trademarks are owned by CreatorPower.ai. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of providing the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorPower.ai from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules. You waive any right to class action proceedings.
