CreatorPower.ai is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our Platform.
We collect: account data you provide (name, email, profile); usage data collected automatically (pages visited, links clicked, IP address, device info); payment information processed by Stripe (we never store card details); and data from connected OAuth accounts (Google, TikTok) with your consent.
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments and distribute ad revenue credits, send transactional and marketing emails (opt-out available), detect fraud and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.
When fans provide email addresses through your CreatorPower.ai pages, you are the data controller. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your fans and complying with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. We act as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers operating the Platform (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, ExoClick, Resend) under data processing agreements. Advertising partners receive anonymised impression data only. Data is shared as required by law.
We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 90 days. After termination, you have 30 days of read-only access to download your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted except where legally required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to processing. Contact privacy@creatorpower.ai. We respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies (required for Platform function), analytics cookies (to understand usage), and advertising cookies (for jump page ad serving via ExoClick). Manage preferences via your browser settings.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. For transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
